6.25.08. Dr. Gibb to participate in discussion on ILSI Global Threshold Project.

Dr. Gibb has been invited to participate in discussion on ILSI Global Threshold Project on 6.25.08. The Global Threshold Project is an international, cross-disciplinary effort to reexamine current approaches for assessing response to low dose exposures. The discussion will be held at the ILSI office in Washington, D.C. More information on the Global Threshold Project may be found here. Dr. Gibb currently chairs the Chemical Task Force of the World Health Organization’s Foodborne Epidemiology Reference Group (FERG).

The Task Force is charged with estimating the global burden of disease from foodborne chemicals and toxins.
