
Dr. Gibb to attend Science Advisory Committee meeting of the Transuranium and Uranium Registry.
Dr. Gibb will attend a Science Advisory Committee meeting of the U.S. Transuranium and Uranium Registry (USTUR) May 9-10, 2008. The USTUR is a research program studying actinide elements deposited within the human body – in persons with measurable, documented exposures to those elements. The Registry is operated by Washington State University in Richland, Washington and is funded by the U.S. Department of Energy. Dr. Gibb has been a member of the Committee since 2007.
