Dr. Scialli part of teratology course.

On April 13, 2008, SII’s Anthony Scialli presented a lecture as part of the Harvard Human Teratogens course presented at the Massachusetts General Hospital. The course has been offered to practitioners annually since 1981. Dr. Scialli’s presentation on Information Resources in Teratology taught course participants how to identify and evaluate information on the possible developmental effects of exposures during pregnancy. The day after presenting at the Harvard course, Dr. Scialli visited the Slone Epidemiology Unit at Boston University to present a seminar on the use of experimental animal studies in teratology research.
