Dr. Gloria Jahnke chairs the education committee at annual meeting of the Teratology Society.

Dr. Gloria Jahnke, DVM, a Sciences International toxicologist at the Center for the Evaluation of Risks to Human Reproduction, chaired the education committee for the 2006 annual meeting of the Teratology Society in June 24-29, 2006 in Tucson, AZ. An eight-hour course on Vertebrate Embryology was offered under Dr. Jahnke’s supervision. Eight experts covered basic vertebrate embryology with reference to similarities and differences between animal models and humans. Also, a two-hour mini-course on Developmental Pharmacokinetics was presented during the meeting.
