Sciences International, Inc.
Welcome to the site of Sciences International, Inc. Our company is dedicated to identifying and understanding the impacts of environmental substances and biological agents on human health and the environment and communication of these results in an understandable and responsible way. To do this, we use state-of-the-art toxicology, epidemiology, exposure assessment, human health risk assessment, and ecological risk assessment approaches.
Our company was formed in 1992 to fill a growing need for a consulting firm that can stay up-to-date with the rapid changes that occur in the health and environment sciences, and communicate that knowledge to all parties. These sciences, their applications, and the communication needs are continuing to evolve and our company is continuing to grow to fill these expanding needs. With an emphasis on continued excellence, our site is designed to reflect these rapidly changing sciences and their applications.
We serve a variety of public and private clients. I should note, however, that Sciences has been approached but has not accepted any work from tobacco interests since I became president in June 2006, and it is my policy that Sciences will not accept work from tobacco interests in the future. With this caveat in mind, we are excited about taking on new and varied challenges. The fields of health and environmental sciences are changing rapidly. We will need to revise this site frequently to keep it current. So, visit us often. We also encourage you to communicate your interests and needs to us. |
